Letter from Tom
Thanks for reading
FBI's first quarterly newsletter! We want to share information about our products
and services, plus introduce you to our company on a more personal level. We also
hope it will be an interesting 5-minute diversion from your busy workday!
We plan on featuring a pump in each issue and rating it based on our new 5-Star
Pump Rating system. The pumps are evaluated on four levels: Durability, Ease of
Use, Serviceability, and Cost of Disposables.
Check out our new, improved website at www.firstbiomed.com for a complete explanation
of our ratings. 5 Stars is the highest rating!
What's New at First Biomedical, Inc.
We just expanded World Headquarters! We bought the building next door to our original
office and renovated it to fit our open layout design. Our new space
features a museum display of old infusion pumps, an enormous ceiling fan, and a 16' high glass-paned garage door. The office and sales staff moved into the new space, leaving
the service department much-needed room to grow.
Also, FBI's first company-sponsored co-ed soccer team won the league championship
game and was signed on for another season! Keep your fingers crossed for another
championship win!

Sales Representative Spotlight - Ali Schloegel
Ali has worked at First Biomedical for one year, first as office manager and now
in sales for the Midwest and West Coast.
"I love the interaction I get speaking with my customers," Ali said. "Plus, FBI
is such a supportive environment to work in. The atmosphere is positive and energetic.
My coworkers are always there to help out."
"FBI is unique because we are a smaller company that is still able to meet the needs
of both its large and small customers. We consistently exceed our customers' expectations
-- plus we have great BBQ sauce!"
Fun facts: Ali used to be a teacher, played soccer at TCU in Dallas, and is happy
not having cable television.
